Punching Woman Coming at You Punchman

Punching Woman Coming at You Punchman

Created and performed as a work-in-progress for Arches Live 2013

Devised and performed by Emma Nutland and Peter Lannon

We want to test each other. Us. You. How far can you take a joke? Where should we draw the line? Here, nothing’s too personal, too sensitive. Of course, we’re friends, and friends shouldn’t like to make each other feel bad. But we can’t stop.

Watch good friends slugging it out for your approval, being the butt of all the jokes and cutting too close to the bone in a new performance about the human need to laugh at each other’s expense. This is a no-holds-barred fight to the death (of our self esteem).
